YTT: The Art of Teaching

The Art of Teaching is an advanced, modular, extensive Yoga training. An opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of teaching, where tools will be offered so that you can develop your own style as a teacher. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Deepen in each of the basics of yoga thanks to expert guest teachers who will guide you in order to find your own voice, new resources to create intelligent and fun sequences and enrich your spiritual path.

Module 1: Yoga philosophy - 20-21/1

Module 2: The art of assisting - 3-4/2

Module 3: Design and sequencing - 16-17/3

Module 4: Alignment and anatomy - 13-14/4

Module 5: Chanting and harmonium - 11-12/5

Module 6: Putting it all together - 8-9/6

What will you learn?
- How to accompany asana practice with your voice and body (assists)
- Create a dharma talk (philosophical talk) from the support of yogic scriptures,
mantras...
- Create a complete, creative, consistent class with personality.
- To have knowledge of the body and its alignment in order to practice and assist asanas in a healthy and intelligent way.
- To be able to guide a meditation, pranayama
- Discover the power of mantras and your voice
- Asana practice and Asana Lab
30 face-to-face classes during 1 year
- certificate of the course accredited by Casa del moviment and all trainers

100h + 30h internships
6 Weekends
Saturday 9:00-18:00 (1h break)
Sunday 9:00-16:00 

Who is this training for?

▪️He completed a yoga teacher training and I would like to go deeper into the teaching part of yoga.

▪️Hace years that I have been teaching and now I feel that I want inspiration

▪️Nunca I did a training and I do not teach but I have been practicing and studying philosophy for many years.

▪️Quiero learn more about assistances, how to prepare a class with its dharma talk, sequence, to use in my classes.

▪️Quiero continue to study and grow with a wonderful team.
