Object<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">These conditions regulate access and contracting of the services and products offered through the website.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.casadelmoviment.com\/en\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>www.casadelmoviment.com<\/b><\/span><\/a>, owned by Raquel Mir\u00f3 Moviment.<br \/>Through this website, Casa del Moviment offers the sale of yoga training, in-person retreats and physical products such as t-shirts and mats.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>3. Acceptance of the conditions<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">The contracting of products or services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.<br \/>Casa del Moviment reserves the right to modify or update these conditions at any time, without this affecting purchases made previously.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>4. Products and services<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Casa del Moviment offers:<\/p><ul><li><b>Yoga trainings:<\/b>\u00a0Face-to-face or online courses with dates, duration and characteristics indicated on each sheet.<\/li><li><b>Yoga retreats:<\/b>\u00a0In-person experiences with accommodation and activities according to the published description.<\/li><li><b>Physical products:<\/b> T-shirts and yoga mats.<\/li><li><b>Classes and training<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Each product or service is presented with its description, price (VAT included) and specific conditions.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>5. Availability<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">In the case of physical products, availability is subject to stock. If after purchase there is no availability, the customer will be notified to offer an alternative or a full refund.<br \/>In the case of training and retreats, the number of places is limited and they are assigned in order of registration.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>6. Prices and payment methods<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">All prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac) and include the corresponding VAT.<br \/>Payment is made through<b>Secure virtual POS<\/b>, through\u00a0<b>bank card<\/b>.<br \/>Casa del Movimento does not store customer card data under any circumstances.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>7. Purchase process<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">To make a purchase, the user must:<\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li1\">Select the desired product or service.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Add it to the shopping cart.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Complete the billing and shipping details (if applicable).<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Make the payment by bank card.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"p1\">Once payment is complete, the customer will receive an email confirming the order or registration.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>8. Shipping and deliveries<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Physical products will be shipped\u00a0<b>only within the Iberian Peninsula<\/b>, through courier companies.<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>Estimated delivery time:<\/b>\u00a0between 3 and 7 working days.<\/li><li class=\"li1\"><b>Shipping costs:<\/b>\u00a0they will be indicated during the purchase process before completing the order.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">In the event of a delay due to causes beyond Casa del Moviment, the client will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>9. Cancellation and refund policy<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>a) Productes f\u00edsics<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">The client has a\u00a0<b>period of 14 calendar days<\/b>\u00a0from the receipt of the order to exercise the\u00a0<b>right of withdrawal<\/b>, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, unused and with its complete packaging.<br \/>Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error or defect in the product.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>b) Training and retreats<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">In the\u00a0<b>trainings and retreats<\/b>, the customer may cancel the registration under the following conditions:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: refund of 80% of the amount.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the start: 50% refund.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Cancellation with less than 15 days: no refund will be made.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">In the event of cancellation of the event by Casa del Moviment, 100% of the amounts paid will be refunded.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>10. Guarantees<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Physical products are covered by the two-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.<br \/>To claim a warranty, the customer must contact <a href=\"mailto:info@casadelmoviment.com\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>info@casadelmoviment.com<\/b><\/span><\/a>, indicating the order number and the reason for the complaint.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>11. Responsibility<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Casa del Moviment is not responsible for:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Service interruptions caused by maintenance, breakdowns or force majeure.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to pay attention to the instructions provided.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\"><b>12.
