Comprehensive and modular yoga training taught by Raquel Miró and guest teachers. It consists of six modules that delve into each of the foundations of yoga. The guest teachers will guide you through the Philosophy of Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga, the art of assisting, asanas and anatomy, sequencing, harmony mantras and meditation. All of this aims to find your own voice, discover new resources to create intelligent and fun sequences and enrich your spiritual path.
For whom
This training is for you if you have been practicing yoga for many years and want to deepen your knowledge, or if you have already completed a YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) and are interested in learning other teaching methods and styles. If you already teach and feel like you are always doing the same thing, this training will help you awaken your creativity as a teacher and find your own unique style and voice.
What will you learn?
- Accompany the practice of asanas with your voice and your body.
- Guided meditations, pranayama and discover the power of mantras and your voice.
- Helping practitioners by listening and sensing what each body needs at the moment.
- Understand your own body and its alignment to practice and help in a safe and healthy way.
- Sequencing intelligent, fun and creative paths adapted to different audiences.
- Dharma Talk created with the support of yogic scriptures, mantras and your own experience.
What is included?
100 hores certificades - Certification provided by teachers and Casa del Movimento.
1:1 Session - A personal mentoring session with Raquel Miró.
Welcome kit: Includes a manual and a songbook.
30 hours of practice at Casa del Movimento - Valid for 6 months.
Modules and dates
The training takes place from January to June 2026, one weekend per month. If you are unable to attend any of the modules in person, you will have the option of connecting online in real time or watching the recording.
Philosophy of Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga - January 24 and 25.
Anatomy and Alignment- February 21 and 22.
Singing, Harmony and Meditation - March 14 and 15.
The Art of Attending - April 18 and 19.
Design and Sequencing - 16 i 17 de maig.
Putting it all together - June 6 and 7.
Hours:
Saturday 9-18 (1h break)
Sunday 9-16 (30min break)

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and disclose any significant medical conditions to course leaders/organizers to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. All information shared will be kept confidential.
Registrations open
Applications will be open from November 2025. As places are limited, they will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis provided that candidates meet all requirements.
