Comprehensive and modular yoga training taught by Raquel Miró and guest teachers. It consists of six modules that delve into each of the foundations of yoga. The guest teachers will guide you through the Philosophy of Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga, the art of assisting, asanas and anatomy, sequencing, harmonium mantras, and meditation. All of this is aimed at finding your own voice, discovering new resources to create intelligent and enjoyable sequences, and enriching your spiritual path.
WHO IS IT FOR
This training is for you if you have been practicing yoga for many years and want to deepen your knowledge, or if you have already completed a YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) and are interested in learning other methods and teaching styles. If you already teach classes and feel like you're always doing the same thing, this training will help you awaken your creativity as a teacher and find your own unique style and voice.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
- Accompany the practice of asanas with your voice and body.
- Guide meditations, pranayamas, and discover the power of mantras and your voice.
- Assist practitioners by listening and intuiting what each body needs in the moment.
- Understand your own body and its alignment to practice and assist in a safe and healthy manner.
- Sequence intelligent, fun, and creative paths adapted to different audiences.
- Dharma Talk created with the support of yogic scriptures, mantras, and your own experience.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
100 certified hours - Certification provided by the teachers and Casa del Moviment.
1:1 Session A personal mentoring session with Raquel Miró.
Welcome kit: Includes a manual and chant book.
30 hours of practice in Casa del Moviment - Valid for 6 months.
MODULES & DATES
The training takes place from January to June 2024, one weekend per month. If you are unable to attend any of the modules in person, you will have the option to connect online in real time or watch the recording.
Philosophy of Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga - January 20 and 21.
The Art of Assisting - February 3rd and 4th.
Design and Sequencing - March 16th and 17th.
Anatomy and Alignment - April 13th and 14th.
Chanting, Harmonium, and Meditation - May 11th and 12th.
Putting it all Together - June 8th and 9th.

Reservation fee: 250€.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and disclose any significant medical conditions to the course leaders/organizers to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. All information shared will be kept confidential.
