These conditions regulate access and contracting of the services and products offered through the website. www.casadelmoviment.com, owned by Raquel Miró Moviment.
Through this website, Casa del Moviment offers the sale of yoga training, in-person retreats and physical products such as t-shirts and mats.
3. Acceptance of the conditions
The contracting of products or services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
Casa del Moviment reserves the right to modify or update these conditions at any time, without this affecting purchases made previously.
4. Products and services
Casa del Moviment offers:
- Yoga trainings: Face-to-face or online courses with dates, duration and characteristics indicated on each sheet.
- Yoga retreats: In-person experiences with accommodation and activities according to the published description.
- Physical products: T-shirts and yoga mats.
- Classes and training
Each product or service is presented with its description, price (VAT included) and specific conditions.
5. Availability
In the case of physical products, availability is subject to stock. If after purchase there is no availability, the customer will be notified to offer an alternative or a full refund.
In the case of training and retreats, the number of places is limited and they are assigned in order of registration.
6. Prices and payment methods
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT.
Payment is made throughSecure virtual POS, through bank card.
Casa del Movimento does not store customer card data under any circumstances.
7. Purchase process
To make a purchase, the user must:
- Select the desired product or service.
- Add it to the shopping cart.
- Complete the billing and shipping details (if applicable).
- Make the payment by bank card.
Once payment is complete, the customer will receive an email confirming the order or registration.
8. Shipping and deliveries
Physical products will be shipped only within the Iberian Peninsula, through courier companies.
- Estimated delivery time: between 3 and 7 working days.
- Shipping costs: they will be indicated during the purchase process before completing the order.
In the event of a delay due to causes beyond Casa del Moviment, the client will be informed as soon as possible.
9. Cancellation and refund policy
a) Productes físics
The client has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, unused and with its complete packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error or defect in the product.
b) Training and retreats
In the trainings and retreats, the customer may cancel the registration under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: refund of 80% of the amount.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the start: 50% refund.
- Cancellation with less than 15 days: no refund will be made.
In the event of cancellation of the event by Casa del Moviment, 100% of the amounts paid will be refunded.
10. Guarantees
Physical products are covered by the two-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
To claim a warranty, the customer must contact info@casadelmoviment.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the complaint.
11. Responsibility
Casa del Moviment is not responsible for:
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, breakdowns or force majeure.
- Damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to pay attention to the instructions provided.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)You can check all the details on our Privacy Policy.
13. Propietat intel·lectual
All contents of the website (texts, images, logos, design and materials) are the property of Casa del Moviment or their respective owners.
Its reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorization is prohibited.
14. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
In case of conflict, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of consumer's address or, if not, those of Barcelona.
