Carl, an experienced and multi-faceted personal trainer, combines his experience as a dancer, massage therapist, and holistic lifestyle coach to offer engaging and effective 60-minute sessions.

Carl offers personalized advice on nutrition, stress, training, sleep and lifestyle in general. He will analyze your lifestyle, previous experiences and future goals, creating a training program and nutrition plan specifically for you. 60-minute coaching sessions to get you closer to your goals.

Functional training

Are you interested in weight training but don't like the gym? Join our Functional Group Trainings with Carl. You will sweat, get stronger and have a lot of fun. For Carl the right technique and posture is of uttermost importance so get ready to look at things in detail and to learn how to properly train with weights.

Pilates Flow

Pilates Flow is a practice that combines classic Pilates exercises with creative sequences and transitions. The focus of the class is on breathing and core control, to gain strength and stability from our center outwards.
